Yikes - first post! Here goes. It's easier to rate films you love, so...

Ben X - 7.5 / 10. Fantastic little movie from the Netherlands about an autistic schoolkid who gets through school bullying by pretending he's playing a computer game. No plot spoilers, but Ben X lies somewhere between charming and harrowing...

Son of Rambow - 8.5 / 10. Bittersweet British movie about two missmatched kids who involve their entire school in a plot to make a home-made sequel to Rambo. Witty, telling and not saccharine sweet.

Are these new films? I have heard of neither before. Just the right kind of film and recommendation that is going to make me search these two out.  :)

'Yes Man' Jim Carrey, kind of a cinematic version of 'Dice Man'. A few amusing moment 4/10

'My Dog Skip' a tale about an 8 year old boy and his dog set during WW2. It had me and my two kids in floods of tears.....not the greatest film ever, but for the emotional whollop a deserving 8/10

'Paranormal Activity'...quite possibly the worse movie I have ever had to endure, total rubbish......29 minutes into it a door moving is caught on camera, and that is just about the standout performance in the film 1/10

Watched Juno(2007).I adhere to the school of thought that in film, main characters should be likable, or that we can at least relate to or empathize with in some way, but Juno doesn't inhabit any qualities of a good character. She is not similar to any real high school teenagers, and has that ultra-cool. Juno is OK.

other than wining the points i really want to share what i feel on my last movie experience. this movie Inception is the last one for me and it was about one week ago. i did enjoy this movie a lot and it was more faction than i ever have thought.
Christopher Nolan is a brilliant movie maker and this was been another fine movie make by him. Leonardo DiCaprio is making it far more better with the dramatic exposure on the movie. did saw it and lovely movie indeed.

Now i planned to watch Buried movie, i saw the trailers of this movie and as always it has done a great job! :watchmovie:
