Your banner will be reviewed by forum Admin. It will be checked against our banner specifications and quality standards. We reserve the right to reject any banner advertisement deemed offensive or inappropriate. The following advertisements and/or sites are expressly prohibited:
* Those that would violate any applicable law, regulation or third party right;
* Those encouraging illegal activity or racism;
* Alcohol, liquor, tobacco products, and materials, products and services related to pornography or adult content.
* Anything that is not related to Movies
Payment options
You will either pay monthly, half yearly or yearly by your Paypal account.

6 Months Sponsorship/Advertisement: $199 (£129) *

When are payments due?
The first payment for all advertisers will be prepaid.
For monthly advertising, the first payment will be prepaid, the next payment will be requested in 1 months time and every month after that.
For half yearly advertising, the first payment will be prepaid, the next payment will be requested in 6 months time and every 6 months after that.
For yearly advertising, the first payment will be prepaid, the next payment will be requested in 12 months time and every 12 months after that.
How do I start the process?
Once we have received your payment, we will send your banner advert live. Your advert start date will not commence until your banner goes live on the forum.

Terms and conditions
All advertising space is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to terminate Advertising and remove the Content and/or Design from the themovieforum.org forum for any reason.
Upon termination in accordance we shall refund you the proportion of the Advertising Charge applicable to any Service Period for which you will no longer receive the Advertising Services.
We reserve the right to terminate the Advertising and remove the Content and/or Design from the themovieforum.org Site without providing a refund of the Advertising Charge to you if, in our reasonable opinion, your conduct, the Content, the Design Information or the Website has brought or would bring us or any other member of ours into disrepute if we continued to provide the Advertising Services.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Design Charge is non-refundable upon termination of the Advertising Contract.

Liability:
In no event shall we be liable to you, in contract or otherwise howsoever and whatever the cause thereof for any loss of profit, business, revenues or anticipated savings, increased costs, special, indirect or consequential damage or loss.
You acknowledge and accept that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault free and may from time to time require periods of downtime (being periods during which the themovieforum.org is not available to members) for the purposes of repair, maintenance and upgrading. Accordingly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the themovieforum.org Site. You accept that you shall have no claim for breach of contract or otherwise in respect of any such period of unavailability.
